Everyone in the office was pleasant and understanding. Kayla did a great job with the cleaning. I didn’t feel like they were looking for things to fix so that was a relief, especially since I was a new patient there.

I'M VERY AGGREVATED I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE NOVEMBER FOR MY DENTURES. THE RECEPTIONIST IS NOT DOING HER JOB. SHE HAS SENT THE PRE AUTHORIZATION IN TWICE BUT NOT SENDING WHAT MEDICAID WANTS. I JUST TALKED TO MEDICAID AND THEY JUST WANT HOW OLD ARE MY DENTURES. THEY ARE 20 PLUS YEARS OLD AND WORE DOWN TO THE GUMS . THEY WANT TO KNOW IF THEY CAN BE REPAIRED. NO THEY CANNOT BE REPAIRED. AND THE RECEPTIONIST CANNOT EVEN SEND THEM THE INFORMATION. SHE IS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE . I NEVER EVER SEEN A BUSINESS RUN LIKE THIS.

Waiting for them to see me was a little longer than I expected . But the time I was in there to see them I think everything went well . I just got impressions done . So I don't really know .
I haven't received my dentures yet to really know . I have to go back for exrays. I will know more when I receive my dentures . I gave you a four star cause I'm waiting to really see how things work out . But yes so far my experience was good .

Great! I hate going to the dentist. This dentist explains things so that I understand them and I am not near as anxious as I would normally be. I had a root canal for the first time. His staff is friendly and nice. They all make you feel like coming back to the office.
